Ok, so you’re in network marketing and you just quite haven’t figured out the magic sauce to become a recruiting machine yet, right?
I’m going to go ahead and preface this by saying that this will take PRACTICE. But ANYONE can become a recruiting machine with the right mindset, okay?
But regardless of that, I did want to put together my TOP 6 recruiting tips for network marketers.
I never thought I would be considered a “good recruiter,” but since I get asked about this topic almost DAILY, I figured it was time to share!
Are you ready? Let’s do this.
Tip number 1 is…
This is HUGE.
If you are not confident in yourself, or you are not confident in the training you have, or the company you joined… people can see right through you.
And if you’re not quite there yet, I encourage you to figure out WHY. And work on that. This is the first step to make your dreams happen.
If you don’t believe in your company or training, is there something you can do to change that?
What can YOU do differently?
You have got to show more than just your product or opportunity, friends.
Show up and tell YOUR story.
Why did you join this business? What is your deepest desire? What keeps you going? What sets your soul on fire?
You’d be surprised how many people will resonate with your story, and how many new connections will be made.
This allows your audience to develop that know, like, and trust factor that we all want our audience to feel towards us.
When I heard this the first time, it just clicked.
Be a resource for your audience, guys. Give them something that makes them WANT to follow you, you know what I mean?
Give them some tips on how to style their hair, or how to contour, or how to get rid of bloat.
People will be much more likely to follow you if you’re giving them value, right? Think about what makes YOU follow the people that you do.
What are they doing that you aren’t?
I know, I know. We hear this ALL THE TIME. But y’all, it is so true.
You HAVE to stay consistent if you want to see results in your business.
For some people, you may not be a recruiting machine right off the bat and that’s okay.
But if you stay consistent, you can absolutely turn into one. Believe that you are and do what it takes to get there.
Guys, if you want to be a recruiting machine, you have GOT to build your network.
There are so many ways to do this, that I’m going to be writing a follow-up blog post JUST on that. Especially when it comes to building your network online because 98% of my business has been ALL ONLINE.
But for real… I’ve worked with a few people that just haven’t wanted to build their network. And that is okay. But that means you have to understand that your recruiting will be limited.
And idk about you, but I don’t do well when I have limitations.
And the fact of the matter is… the LAST people to join you in your business venture will be your friends and family.
So, if you’re stuck in your recruiting, start building your network (or continue).
Ok, this should be obvious, BUT I know most people hate hate hate following up.
I know you don’t want to be pushy, and you shouldn’t.
But there is absolutely nothing wrong with following up with people when they said they were interested.
Also… just start a conversation with them and see how it goes! They may bring it up to YOU!
Just keep building that relationship, you know? That’s all this is about!
